We will be happy to provide you with the product literature and specification information you need. Each product line has it's own specific information or catalog. Please specify which particular product or model you are interested in by filling out our Request for Information form.

FOR A QUOTATION
Please complete the Request for Quotation form which can be found on the main product page of each of our product lines.
If you do not have a working E-mail address, please fax us your specifications, floor plans, or configurations for quotation.

Please note that we must have a complete "ship-to" and "bill-to" address for our estimators to generate a formal quotation. This quotation will state freight/delivery charges, lead-times, and applicable discounts. Requests sent without this information can not be quoted.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Our customer's privacy is of the utmost concern. Our customer database and server logs are not available for sale or other promotional use, nor do we make it a policy to send unsolicited E-mail.


MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

1. Equipment orders canceled before shipment of merchandise will be subject to a 15% service charge.

2. Special Orders and Custom Fabrications: Are nonrefundable, and not returnable unless specifications are not as described in customer’s order specifications to CES. Company.

3. Undamaged Equipment: Orders returned for a refund will be subject to a 30% restocking charge. Freight/shipping and handling are nonrefundable. Returned equipment must be undamaged, unused, and unassembled if originally shipped unassembled.

4. Damaged Equipment: Orders received in damaged condition will be replaced by the equipment manufacturer at no cost to the customer. CES. Company’s Customer Service must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods.

5. Please call CES. Company Customer Service at 707-304-0141 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). CES. Company will not accept any returns without the proper RMA number affixed to the outside of the packaging.

REFUND POLICY

Absolutely no credit will be issued for used material that is NOT defective. Any return shipping charges on non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. If you are not sure how to use the product, install the product, or have any other questions, please feel free to call our Customer Service Department at 707-304-0141.

CES Company will not issue a refund until the manufacturer is in receipt of the customer's authorized returned merchandise.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES

CES Company's warranty as to electric motors and other electrical equipment is limited to the warranty as extended by the manufacturer of the item. If you have questions about the warranty on a specific item please call our Customer Service Department at 707-304-0141.
